Since 2007 Michiana Health Insurance, the home of Michiana Senior Services, has been helping individuals, seniors, and small groups find affordable health insurance solutions. Our dedicated team of licensed agents and healthcare professionals specialize in finding customized coverage at affordable rates. We provide educational resources to help individuals make informed decisions regarding their Medicare and health coverage. We provide full-service assistance with enrollments and ongoing support via email, phone, or in person appointments.

About our owners: John David and Christi Lynn both hold dual medical and insurance licenses. Agency Founder John David is a licensed registered nurse and licensed insurance broker specializing in Medicare education, individual health plans, and small group benefit packages. Christi Lynn is a licensed registered respiratory therapist with over 15 years critical care experience. As co-owner, she joined the agency full time in 2017 and specializes in Medicare and Marketplace plans. Her medical background provides a valuable resource to clients who have questions about medications or need help finding access to providers for specific medical needs.

Since the agency is managed by medical professionals, client needs are approached differently than with a typical insurance agency. We first seek to understand an individual’s needs before looking for a solution. We constantly look for creative affordable health care solutions and health insurance is just one part of that equation. Our goal is to build long term relationships with our clients and recommend health solutions that will benefit them the most at their current phase of life.
